How do I cancel?
From your account page, one click. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. We won't ask you to "talk to a representative" or wait 30 days.
What's the refund policy?
If you're within 7 days of your first charge, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Email [email protected] and we'll process it. After 7 days you can still cancel anytime to stop future charges, but refunds aren't available.
Is there an annual plan?
Not right now. We don't want to lock you in. If you'd rather pay yearly for the discount, tell us at [email protected]. If enough creators ask, we'll ship it.
Are there team or volume discounts?
For 5+ seats, email [email protected]. We'll work something out.
What about taxes?
If your country requires VAT/GST on digital services, Stripe will collect it at checkout. The amount is shown before you confirm.
